3) Order wrong product ---If you order wrong product and request for the exchange, we will not reimburse the return shipping and you will pay the shipping charge from us to you.
4) Defective product ---It is your responsibility to ship defective product back to us for a new replacement, and we will pay the shipping charge from us to you.
5) Refuse exchange ---we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund if we feel that the return policy is being abused.

*Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable. EdealPal.com has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition. All items must be 100% complete, original packaging, including all manuals, cables, accessories,components and original labels. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return.
**Please note that all related fees (Original shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products. Shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping carrier, not to EdealPal.com, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
An Item Is Missing: You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the split shipment. The invoice enclosed with your order indicates which items shipped. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact us.
My Order Didn't Arrive: Orders shipped through USPS can be tracked. We will send you tracking number when the item has been shipped out. If you do not receive your tracking number,please feel free to contact us.
An Item Is Damaged or Defective: Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us immediately if your EdealPal.com purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition. Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition will be replaced immediately.
